First Baseball Game
We took William to his LSU baseball game this weekend. He typically does well in crowds because there is so much for him to watch, so we had a pretty good time. As long as there was a constant supply of goldfish he was good to go. His pictures even made it through to crowd cameo!

11 Months
Yesterday was William's 11 month "birthday" and John Daniel's 14th birthday. When I called John Daniel to wish him a happy birthday, he asked me, "So when are y'all coming?" I told him that I didn't know I was supposed to and then he reminded me that they came to Baton Rouge for my birthday...so I realized we should make plans to head to Rayne for the day. I love that John Daniel just says how he feels, I hope that never changes.
So we woke up this morning and went to Rayne. It was a short trip, and the majority of it was spent at Klein's baseball scrimmage. It's still hard to believe that he's a freshman in high school. I'm glad we got to see him play, but it was so hard to watch...I had butterflies in my stomach every time he came up to bat or a ball was hit in his direction! He had a pretty good game.

School Lunch Menu
I don't know if I mentioned it before, but at our last pediatrician well child visit (unfortunately we are still frequenting for sick baby visits) our doctor gave us two things to work on before 12 months: table food and sippee cups. This week William started eating the food they prepare at the center. I was so tickled to find the month's lunch menu in his bag, it's now hanging on the fridge! Some days he does better than others, so we always send backup baby food. As for the sippee cups, they don't encourage them in the room he is currently in, so I'll tackle that later.
